Taking a leap of faith challenged me in ways I never expected. But every obstacle overcome and every step forward has shaped the way I show up for others with intention, compassion, and a heart of service.
Thirteen years into a steady corporate job as a district sales manager in Las Vegas, I found myself at a crossroads. I had built a solid career that taught me about communication, negotiation, and leadership. I had security. But I didn’t have freedom. And more importantly, I didn’t have the time I wanted with the people I love most.

I’ve lived in Las Vegas for 35 years, moving here when I was just 12 years old from Puerto Vallarta. I didn’t speak a word of English and had to start seventh grade in a new country and culture. Fortunately, at that age, you learn and adapt quickly. It showed me the resilience and strength I had, even as a kid, to face uncertainty and push through challenges.
Since I was a kid, I’ve been drawn to business and sales. I’d sell anything I could think of just for the fun of it, and that passion stayed with me. I went on to study business, explore marketing, and eventually built a career in corporate sales and management. Over time, I worked my way into leadership, managing teams and overseeing major operations.

But over time, I knew I was ready for more balance in my life. The solution was real estate. Years ago, I worked as an assistant for my sister, who was a REALTOR®. I loved it! Over a decade later, I realized it was finally time to get back into it, this time as a licensed agent. In 2019, I started my business from scratch with no clients and only my sphere of influence. It grew quicker than I expected! It was very humbling and an honor that the people in my life knew and trusted me to guide them through such an important process.
Helping others achieve their goals, especially life-changing ones, is what I love most about what I do. I care deeply about my clients and always act in their best interest. I don’t chase numbers. I listen, stay responsive, and support them through every step of the process. I want everyone who works with me to feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. It really does come down to the relationships for me.

Real estate also gave me something my previous job couldn’t: flexibility. I can manage my time, make decisions for my business, and most importantly, be there for my family in a way that truly matters.
That became especially important after I had my third child, Luca, my triple rainbow baby in 2024. With my oldest son now 15 and my daughter 11, his arrival was nothing short of a miracle. I’m passionate about my work, but being able to stay involved is part of what makes this career so fulfilling. That focus on family is something my clients connect with, because it's a value we all share.
My son, Danny, is a very talented musician, playing the electric guitar and drums. My daughter, Camila, is very intellectual, great at math and English and also plays the piano. Real estate has given me the freedom to truly be present for all of them, and that is something no amount of money could make up for.

I’ve always been committed to growth—whether it’s through books, podcasts, or my faith. My dad, a doctor and deep thinker, taught me to reflect and ask questions; my mom showed me the power of love, service, and showing up for others with warmth. My spirituality keeps me focused on living and working with intention, and my deep connection to family drives how I show up for my clients. I understand how personal these life transitions are, and I treat every client with the same care and respect I’d want for my own family.
My background in business, sales, and management gave me the tools to build a strong foundation in real estate. I’m certified in negotiations and have real, hands-on experience managing multiple Airbnb properties. That’s helped me understand how to present homes in the best light, but also how to recognize long-term value, what makes a smart investment, and how to guide clients through decisions that pay off over time.
Most importantly, I tailor the entire experience to your goals, your lifestyle, and what matters most to you. I stay involved from start to finish, communicate clearly, and make sure you feel supported and informed every step of the way. Even the little things, like your closing gift, are chosen with intention. I want the whole process to feel personal, thoughtful, and aligned with who you are and your dreams for the future.
Sincerely,
Alba Selene
